This site offers Basic Classroom Instruction for Electrical Trainees in Washington state.  We currently teach two state approved classes;   "RCW/WAC Rules For Electrical Trainees" and "Basic Electrical Theory For Trainees".  CECEU is proud to be a part of your journey in obtaining vital knowledge needed towards your State of Washington Master Electrician's License. We will focus
on intensive classroom instruction with learning materials and exercises so your electrical knowledge stays with you!
